TRADEMARKS
Among the distinctive signs used by the company (including: de facto trademark, company name, denomination or business name; sign; domain name) the legal system provides for the possibility of registering the trademark.
This recording has a dual function:
1) Protects the asset: it guarantees the owner an exclusive right that allows him to prevent the unauthorized use of an identical or similar trademark;
2) Enhance the asset: owning a brand not only has a defensive function, but also allows you to monetize its value.

DESIGN

Copyright protects intellectual works of a creative nature that belong to literature, music, figurative arts, architecture, theater and cinema, whatever the mode or form of expression.
It guarantees the owner:
- economic exploitation rights of the work created, which can be licensed by obtaining a royalty payment;
- moral rights which allow the author to be recognized as the creator of his own creative works and to oppose any modification or alteration of the work that damages his honor and reputation.
