The service includes assistance in the conciliation phase in the event of termination of employment relationships:
 - Examination and study of the position;
 - Video conference with the lawyer in charge of the examination to outline the best strategy;
 - Any negotiations with the worker's lawyer or trade unionist;
 - Preparation/revision of conciliation minutes at the trade union level.
